With a (1.3',1.69',1.72',1.75',1.78',1.81,1.83',1.85',1.91',1.95',1.99',2.0') square TFT color screen with resolution of 240x280/280X328 pixels and a pixel density of 218 ppi, this screen became available on a large scale by the end of 2020 and is now offered at a low cost. It has a 7:6 aspect ratio (better than the previous mainstream 1:1 ratio) and 5 mm radius in the four corners of the screen. This design is ideal for use on square smartwatches with a more coordinated scale and a rounded design that matches the four rounded corners of the smartwatch for a better screen experience. Data-based UI Design

For the UI design of the S series smartwatch solution, we wanted to make it more efficient for users to get more information on a limited screen space. So, we targeted to minimize visual effects and focus our design efforts on the presentation of data. In terms of visual effects, we have designed many small effects with high-quality details to enhance the presentation of data. In the S series smartwatch solution, users can get rich health and exercise data on their watches without having to turn on their phones every time to see them.

Finer Dynamic Design

Although mentioned earlier that in the S series smartwatch solution we did not do as much visual design as before and instead focused on data rendering, we also put a lot of effort in visual design, as we included a lot of small dynamics to aid in data rendering. We relocated all the small icons of the characters in motion mode, re-modified it to include the shape of the characters at different angles, bound them to the motion animation structure, and finally, added characteristics for each movement by constantly adjusting and creating ornate figure movement effects. Rethinking Interactive Design

We put a lot of thought into the interactive design of the S series smartwatch solution. For the first time we've integrated two main navigations, allowing users to enjoy the convenience and visual pleasure of grid views while also using list views to regress to the simplest and most efficient experience. Because the page design is mainly data-based, for the interactive design we also tried to restore the mobile phone application style of interaction, which the user expects to be as efficient as possible. For example, we've introduced card-like layouts that are commonly used in mobile apps to both match user expectations and provide a better data classification experience. The rethought interactive design is also one of the highlights of the S series smartwatch solution.
