Welcome to Vositone! To provide clarity and ensure a positive experience for all users, Vositone has established the following terms and conditions for its free sample program. These guidelines are designed to protect both Vositone and its customers while fostering a productive relationship.

We are pleased to offer free samples of our products to help you experience their quality and performance firsthand. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before applying for a free sample.

Terms and Conditions

Before applying, review the terms carefully. Most free sample offers have conditions such as:

• Limited availability (first-come, first-served)
• One sample per household
• Shipping fees may apply in some regions

Moreover, samples are usually small-sized, enough for a few applications.

1. Purpose of Free Samples

Free samples are provided exclusively for evaluation, testing, or personal use. However, they may not be used for resale, redistribution, or commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted in writing by Vositone. Moreover, Vositone reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility for Free Samples

Free samples are available to individuals or businesses located in countries where Vositone operates. Additionally, applications must be submitted through the official Vositone website or designated channels. Furthermore, Vositone has the discretion to approve or reject sample requests based on its internal criteria. In addition, Vositone evaluates the submitted information and has the right to decide whether to send out the sample. Vositone reserves the final right of interpretation.

3. Application Process

To apply for a free sample, follow these steps:

1. First, visit the Vositone website and navigate to the "Book a free product Demo" section.
2. Second, provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, contact number, and intended use of the sample.
3. Finally, submit your request. Our team will review your application, and you will be notified if your request is approved.

4. Sample Usage Guidelines

Free samples may only be used for evaluation, testing, or personal use as specified in your application. Additionally, samples may not be resold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Vositone. Moreover, you are responsible for the proper handling, storage, and disposal of the sample. Therefore, Vositone is not liable for any damage or harm caused by improper use or handling of the sample.

5. Sample Quality and Disclaimer

Free samples may differ slightly from the final product in terms of quality, appearance, or performance. In addition, Vositone makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the sample, including but not limited to its fitness for a particular purpose. As a result, you agree to use the sample at your own risk.

6. Limitations of Liability

Vositone shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or handling of the free sample. Furthermore, Vositone is not responsible for any claims or losses that may arise from the use of the sample in unintended ways.

7. Termination of Sample Offer

Vositone reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free sample offer at any time without prior notice. Additionally, if any changes are made, the updated terms will be posted on the Vositone website. Therefore, it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

8. Privacy Policy

Vositone is committed to protecting your privacy. In addition, any personal information you provide during the application process will be used solely for the purpose of processing your sample request. Furthermore, Vositone will not share your information with third parties without your consent. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
