R&D Engineer

Job Description:

Test new processes from customer's requirement or improving or cost advantage to achieve new processesor new equipement to qualify and implement to production.
1.Especially be responsible for material & chemical analysis, testing, evaluating and qualify advanced process of FPCB.
2.Work together with colleagues to solve the problem which influence production and ensure the plan achievement.
3.Project work assigned by manager.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry or other related engineering course majors.
2.at lease 5 years experience in PCB/FPC manufactureing.
3.Master lab analysis such SEM/EDS, TMA, FT-IR, IC, Microscope, etc. analytical instruments.

4. Familiar with SPC,DOE and 6sigma, and application for 5 tools (FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, SPC) in MP, know IATF16949 & HSM.
5. Good read and written in English, and good computer skills
   6.Team cooperation spirits and good organizing ability.
