At the upcoming CES 2025 Las Vegas, expect more than 2300 exhibiting companies, including 800 startups and thousands of exhibitors, showcasing the latest in innovations and life-changing technology across 24 product categories on over 2.6 million net square feet of exhibit space. History of CES. The first Consumer Electronic Show kicked off in 1967, with 250 exhibitors and 17,500 attendees in New York City. Since then, CES has grown by more than 10-fold and now encompasses both traditional and non-traditional tech industries.
